الوظيفة الشاغرة: مدير علاقات عامة

Proactively building relationships with existing key merchants and improving the working relationship.
Developing existing clients business, work towards increasing their revenue and solve their problems.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure optimum service delivery to clients.
Updating clients on upcoming relative services and products allocated on the company development roadmap
Updating internal teams on market insight and inovation.
Achieving KPIs set by the management team team
Conduct business review and ensure merchant satisfaction on the level of services offered.
Basic Qualifications

Fluent in English and Arabic
Business diploma or a higher degree
Minimum 2 years experience in clientele management or any similar experience.
knowledge in building and creating business plan, statistic and analytic.
Strong communications skills
Preferred Qualifications

Previous financial and payment services experience
Strong work ethics and works well under pressure
sales and relationship management orientation abilities.
computer language and software skills (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
